i liked that the location is very central for first-time travelers.. breakfast was available too for just 5 euros and staff were friendly. i really appreciated the central location as it is close to the tram, shopping, and airport bus etc. the staff were very nice too.

i found some dry blood stains on the duvet, a bit off-putting.

The location IS great. It is very central for first-time travelers. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a place available to leave luggage after checkout for added convenience.

The walls are very thin so I could hear hallway noise.

I found the room super clean upon arrival. The location suited my needs well. Bars and restaurants were very close. Staff was friendly, and they were helpful when I had some questions. The updated toilets add a touch of cool decoration to the space.

I noticed a small crack on a floor tile in the bathroom.

the location was superb, placing me right in the heart of everything (i mean everything!). check-in was smooth, and i appreciated the efficiency. the room was clean, offering a comfortable and practical space. the bed provided excellent support.
